Love the switch 2 but because games are getting bigger, it will take a bit longer for me to get a good micro sd card express that is cheap so I’m hoping to go all physical if possible with this console I also hope to finish my backlog with this console with upgraded s2 versions

By far the lineup that has always stuck with me when thinking about ps1 games that raised me. The platforming action genre was really strong for licensed and original titles of the playstation 1. Although some are a bit aged or good, they are just fond memories to me.

2025 is coming to an end! And while I played a LOT of games, can you tell who has the spotlight of this year? That's right it was kirby! Not only most games I played were kirby related, I also played some good gems new and old. A lot of fun stuff this year and a new console!

I always find it fascinating how square enix seems thrilled to release final fantasy 7 on switch 2. On a cartridge. The one thing that put them off from doing that with the original game on n64 into the ps1. How times change

I love Metroid, I love prime. I am happy this game is out after delays and a pandemic happening and I think it has potential for more prime entires I hope! I do think the hate comes overblown because of the switch 2 rn and meh it happens. I love this game and it make me happy!

For a 4th entry of the series, the normal mode is tough and challenging in a fair way, while like I mention the changing of visors and beams can be clunky, It can come by naturally to use when I’m playing for a while. I honestly think 8.5/10 sits right for this 6/???

Music? Amazing Graphics? Stellar! Controls? While there’s a lot of switching here and there with the psychic beam, I think it’s good while a bit overwhelming with the buttons I need to use to change my modes and beams. The game went by fast and the pacing was so good! 5/???

I personally think they helped me way more than I can think and I blame most of the flaws on me for not being able to read a lot of the scans because I’m just fidgety and quick like that. It’s a prime game and definitely feels like one. 4/???

The NPC are the best part, you meet them you get to know them. People act as if dialogue never existed in any Metroid game, it did and with good games.i think people are just very negative toward this stuff due to bad games ruining quirky writing that doesn’t get in the way 3/???

The flaws to point out for me are: The sand area being too spacious, Enemies taking almost bars of damage being difficult, the aiming mechanic of lock and aim gimmick I didn’t like, the green crystals collecting and so far those are my criticisms, but the NPCs ever bother me 2/??

I have finished Metroid prime 4. The long awaited sequel to a legendary franchise, it still stands out not only as a good sequel but also an amazing stand alone entry in the franchise. I still need to finish 2 and 3 but so far this is an amazing title and as a fan I love this!
