I've been wanting to go back to Warframe but I quit some years ago, so there's a lot to catch up to but I was so engaged in the story. I also want to try Destiny 2 again but I'm not sure how is the state of either game nowadays. .

It does come with unfortunate tradeoffs sadly and the amount of effort the developers had to put for the game to be actually playable is insane, I'd dare to say with a stock Unity version the game wouldn't probably even run at 10 FPS.

Yeah, it won't be nor look as good as a game in Unreal but look at most of the Unreal gacha, or even non-gacha, performance disasters, crashes everywhere.

One of the reasons why Genshin chose Unity is because of their experience and knowledge with it. And it's favorable to stay in a terrain that you're knowledgeable of rather than jumping onto the "new" shiny thing without having any experience with it.

11k likes and it looks like dogshit, I'd dare to say AI generated. It's completely soulless and devoid of what made Genshin style stand out. But then again this person considers this an "improvement" also doesn't clearly know that such graphical upgrade would take years.
