Looks like Transo bit the dust. There was no activity since 2021 but it was a great app! I updated the page, added a `R.I.P.` banner, set the score to zero so it goes to the bottom at https://t.co/2OCkVk4wlm and email'd the developer to see what happened

I just published my Python @signalapp SQLite export to Markdown converter. It processes a CSV export obtained via @sqlitebrowser and now I have all of the messages with friends and family for the past 18 months inline with my other @obsdmd notes!

Finally at a point to share how I am managing my 3,400+ person social network using plain #Markdown files and @obsdmd. Don't expect anyone else to do it but it feels good to share regardless!

Thanks @pkm_one for the lead on Merlin by @foyerwork which you mentioned in your newsletter. I didn't use it for my research but will! It's summary: - The Android app needs improvement and better pricing to be competitive - The Web app is visually appealing and worth exploring

My 103rd Android #notetaking app review is up! @milanote is a companion app to their Web service and at that it's good. It has a clean user interface and it's fast but their free plan is too limited, the app doesn't stand on its own, and it's too expensive
