A world where your rank shows how good you are unfortunately will never exist. It has always been and always will be a summary of your achievements, whether it be scores set in a rhythm game or victories in team based matchmaking. You can fix your perception but not the system.
as a player i think maps made Solely for farming are stupid because ur overall rank should represent how good you actually are rather than how much time you spend farming. as a mapper i hate that these farm maps get easily ranked because their quality is abysmal.

I've met so many incredible people during 2019-2023 and almost all of them have now moved on from the game onto better things. That's the nature of life and I'm sure hundreds of thousands of osu! players have now followed that same path.

I think many people are overanalyzing the decline of osu!. The community and game isn't doing anything terribly wrong, we're just seeing the retirement point of the largest generation of players this game's ever seen (the generation of players that bloomed from covid lockdown).

"Hey can you answer this question? I'm putting you in my video whether you answer or not". Response: "Hi, don't put me in the video thanks". >Gets put in the video (and clowned on). Sure it's "not that deep" to many. but this is such a reasonable thing to complain about, no?.

I had 3 major goals this farmathon:. -Improve my mental for setting scores.-Gain consistency on triples and short bursts.-Build comfort on high AR (10.5+). and it feels like I absolutely destroyed these goals. Expect an entirely new player after my break 😈.

Thank you everyone for an amazing farmathon!.On the final day, I set five 1K PP plays and reached my new peak rank (#24). Incredible ending to an 18 day stream LOL.1073, 1162, 1169 and 1081PP ❤️
