We live in uncertain times, but stories like this serve as a welcome distraction! We look set for a new era of opportunity for teams in the far reaches of the North of Scotland. We are proud to serve this part of the world. An exciting time for all!
Before last night Ness Cup League match there was a minutes silence for former Invergordon FC Manager Allan Munro who sadly recently passed away.
Our thoughts are with Allan’s family at this time.

When did you last consider how well equipped you or your club are to handle a first aid emergency?
- how often do you check your medical and first aid supplies?
- how many people within your club are first aid trained?
- where is the closest defibrillator to your ground?
Game 2️⃣8️⃣: Hawick Royal Albert United 0-2 Golspie Sutherland. Deserved win for the North Caledonian champions. Their first goal was a peach, the second the result of a bad goalie error. A deserved victory for them against a lacklustre Hawick side.
