A huge thank you to beatboxer extraordinaire @KIMMYbeatbox who joined us for day 1 of Winter Arts Festival. After an amazing assembly introducing us to the basics of beatboxing, every class from Reception to Year 6 got to take part in their own beatboxing workshop with Kimmy 🎤

Yesterday, members of our Jazz group were treated to a masterclass by prominent Blues and Roots musician, David Thomas. Students learnt about how the blues has formed the foundation for many contemporary genres and allowed Mr Thomas the opportunity to perform all over the world!
