I'm sure this has been said before, but I appreciate how RUIN Mimic really does look like Mimic attempting to look more "human" compared to its initial design. A full head with 'hair', more proper eyelids, a 'nose' between its eyes, thicker limbs/wiring, a more flexible spine...
