So at 7.5 months post op, I am attending a naked pool party tomorrow, which will serve as my coming out day. 85 local guys attending, 33, I am friends with. Fingers crossed...

Was in NYC this past week for my 1 year check up on my vaginoplasty surgery. The surgeon was very pleased with the results and released me from care. I couldn't be more pleased with my results and all the care that Dr. Jess Ting and his team provided over the last year.

It's been a rough week for me. On October 25, my baby sister was murdered by a mass shooter in Maine. I'm trying to wrap my head around all of this, but it still doesn't seem real. When will our leaders understand that it's not just mental health issues, but the guns as well.

I understand your desire to remove the prostate. When I had my GRS, I wanted it gone as well. Nothing male left inside, but because there was no medical reason for its removal, the surgeon declined. If someone is willing to take it, and that's what you want, go for it
