The novelty in Nois payment logic fully lives on top of CosmWasm. Every requesting customer gets a new matching contract on Nois chain (contract factory). That payment contract serves as a billing balance and is instantiated automatically upon IBC channel creation.

Smart contracts operating casino-style games or lotteries on Ethereum and other blockchains have faced exploitation due to insecure random number generation. Some attackers have managed to predict the random numbers used in these contracts, and drained millions of dollars.

The 5% inflation in Nois happens on a block basis, every block results in minting new NOIS tokens. 6% of the minted tokens go to validators equally regardless of their voting power, 20% go to a dev fund, 4% go to LOE drand network, and 70% go to staking.
