How exciting. If we stipulate that a criminal is a perceive Race or Ethnic Group, we could be jailed for up to 5 years as it could be seen as that were targeting specific groups.. Even speaking about Remigrating, or Deporting people, can be seen as hateful and targeting

@HaveeSnowball No procedural fairness means we are in a police state. No right of appeal or expectaton of any rights at all.

Seriously? Is this SERIOUSLY AUSTRALIA? IS THIS SERIOUSLY FUCKING< FUCKING, FUCKING AUSTRALIA?? Just when I thought the nadir of Australian politics was Dodgy Dan Andrews (let's hope he's suffering), here we go again. NO TRIALS. ARBITARY ARRESTS. PICK AND CHOOSING WHO YOU WANT
What kind of totalitarian shit is this!? The new Hate Speech Bill literally states that ‘no procedural fairness is required’ for the AFP Minster to decide you have engaged in a hate crime. No procedural fairness?! No justice?! No investigation ?! Just whatever the bias

Lawyers must challenge the lawfulness & constitutional impacts of the new law immediately. Journalists & media-personalities must ask unbiased & unapproved questions of politicians now. Fair to say that anyone who does not attempt to prevent these tyrannical laws may be complicit

Gov can pass all the bad #hatespeech laws they like. Your average police officer will be asked to enforce those laws, particularly in relation to general hate-speech offences. Your average cop is also someone with a full-life & own opinions. Cops must refuse to enforce bad laws.

The next element of all this is the enforcers & enablers - who hold more moral responsibility than the order-givers. Lawyers, police, media-personalities, journalists -anyone even slightly related to enforcing or enabling these #hatespeech laws who do not speak up, are complicit

Susan Ley had the perfect opportunity again to differentiate herself from labor, and she failed. It’s the reason why she’ll never be prime minister.

The point of this legislation is to make nationalism in Australia effectively illegal and demoralise nationalists into accepting mass migration. They are going to make examples out of NSN in order to terrorise the Australian people. This is left wing state terrorism.
🔥 BREAKING 🔥 The Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism Bill 2026 has been published. This bill protects the ideology responsible for Bondi & allows people of this ideology to do whatever they want. This bill prevents us from speaking about our fears & concerns in

Our security agencies had zero input to this bill This is 100% political Beware Australia
AFP Commissioner Krissy Barrett admits she only received the ‘Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism’ Bill late last night, saying it would be irresponsible to comment on its implications without properly reviewing it. How much worse can this get?

The Australian government introduced new hate speech laws today that will be used to shut down my X account and imprison me for years, even though my views are completely mainstream. The new laws are going to make it illegal to criticise Islamic extremism

These types of comments remind politicians & people about the actual role of politicians. It is a very basic legislator role between the people & the commonwealth & nothing more. The glorification & percieved enhanced responsibility is a social construct by pollies for pollies.

Respond to politicians’ social media posts with things like: - you have no mandate for this - do a majority of people in a majority electorates support this? - no one asked you to do this - your only job is to do as you’re told by your constituents - did people vote on this?

Simply read through the Australian Constitution - which outlines how the Australian Government is allowed to operate. Look at principles of democracies. The tyrants in the major parties have no right to hold positions in government & Australians have every right to call them out.

For too many years we’ve had tyrant govs & puppet politicians in bed with fake mainstream media deliberately forcing relentless propaganda onto Australians & pretending their authoritarian behaviour is allowed - slowly training Aussies to accept this as normal gov behaviour.

Instead, we have a tyrant class of politicians who think the principles of democracy & the fundamentals of their roles do not apply to them. They’re not allowed to create laws of their own or demand that their personal opinion is superior or talk-down to people online or on TV.

Anything other than this process means govs have no idea what majority of people in majority of electorates think, & that’s all that matters. Politicians are simply legislators. Their *only* job is to do as you say. Their personal opinion & persona is supposed to be irrelevant.

In a democracy, MPs cannot *do anything* without being asked to do it by a constituent in their electorate. That MP must then gauge their electorate’s thought. If majority support, take to Party & all MPs ask their electorate. If majority electorate support, propose in parliament

We must go back to basics when demanding accountability from government. Due to the authoritarian nature of governments’ behaviour & general disregard for constituents over many years, people forget how politicians/government are constitutionality & lawfully supposed to operate.
