Can #LET mitigate the effects of ⬆️ posterior slope for #ACLR ? Our study from AJSM found a 36.6% ⬇️ in graft forces - comparable to #SRO. Similar impact w/ less morbidity? ⁦@Nlemme10⁩ ⁦@BrettOwensMD⁩ ⁦@FlemingLab_ACL@aossmjournals

PLT is a viable and safe autograft option to consider for reconstructive procedures in the setting of limited autograft options. Was great to work on this with @M_Quinn2020 and @BrettOwensMD . Nice job Matt! @brownorthodept.

Visual Abstract Alert! This study showed that PLT autograft routinely produced adequately sized grafts with comparable early outcomes to HT autograft and low risk of donor site morbidity. Is there any role for PLT autograft in your practice?.

Our study demonstrates sig variation in post-op protocols following stabilization for PSI suggesting the lack of a current “gold standard“ protocol. Further research is needed to make evidence based recommendations on rehabilitation protocols! @BrettOwensMD @brownorthodept.
