That's not how it works, not that I believe you are one, because they have their lower level members that maintain the 9-5 image while receiving perks. One being they get many paid days off and gift cards/discounts. The 9-5 image is to ensure that the scam doesn't collapse.
Some people out there are just not the sharpest tools in the shed 🤣
