@NipseyHoussle I was a bank examiner in 2008. The banks had made multiple "principal residence mortgages" to individuals who spent too much time watching the various Flip This House TV shows. I ran across one guy who had 27 principal residence mortgages in SC. Two of those banks failed.

@NipseyHoussle Depending on when/where the home was purchased, the new owner gets the tax rate of the former owner until the home is reassessed which is only once per year. It’s possible the LLC falls into that bucket.
