What BC, Canada is seeing now are the late stages of socialist policies…endless budget deficits..lack of private investment…bloated public sector jobs…diminishing property rights It is what happens when people think ‘tax the rich’ is the solution..it will take yrs to reverse

"In Canada, truth and reconciliation has morphed into fiction and capitulation." "Special status for Aboriginal people is deeply ingrained in Canadian culture as well as the constitution. But it is dead wrong. Legal rights should not depend on lineage or group affiliation.

The socialists and First Nations align quite well… they all want others to pay and fund their activities forever… want someone else to take all the risk, but share the rewards equally… and are happy to block economic projects that are for the greater prosperity of others…

The world needs wood product, and B.C. is the one who will supply it. In Japan, we saw our wood being put to use. All the way across the world. We won’t let protectionism corner us. We’re the global forestry leaders, so we’re seeking new opportunities. #bcpoli

New BC regulations mean employers can’t ask for a sick note for the first 2 times you're sick for 5 days or less in a calendar year. This change frees up time for doctors to focus on patients who need care & helps workers focus on getting better.

In Canada, truth and reconciliation have morphed into fiction and capitulation. Courts and governments caused BC’s property crisis. They’re not about to fix it. My latest for @nationalpost https://t.co/qIVDsI4Cwm

Huh🤔 the BC NDP have lost the plot “This mission wouldn’t have been possible without our First Nations forestry leaders” This mission wouldn’t have been necessary if forestry companies hadn’t invested billions of dollars into facilities, that support jobs and local communities

One of our last stops in Japan, at the Canada Wood Forum. Our First Nations delegates took the time to acknowledge our customers, trade partners, and trade mission organizers. This mission wouldn’t have been possible without our First Nations forestry leaders. #bcpoli

So when land is developed and used to make money, everyone is a settler and colonist… but when it comes time to clean up an environmental disaster caused by a First Nation… it’s “everyone’s jurisdiction”… 🤔

Read this thread..these changes the BC NDP are proposing to make to the Heritage Conversation Act would be a complete disaster for the province If you thought the Cowichan case was bad... this would further degrade and accelerate the destruction of private property rights 👇👇👇

Instead of bombarding students with constant land acknowledgments… the next generation of kids (and many adults), would benefit from simple lessons around basic budgeting and finance.. and have them realize you can’t spend beyond your means or tax people to prosperity..

Mark Carney says his budget will put $3500 into the pockets of every working Canadian over the next 5 years. Great, because the average Canadian pays $15k a year in tax to the feds. So over 5 years, they'll take $75K and return $3.5K. What a brilliant economist!
