@NinjaKitchen Hi, I turned in my warranty for a defective Combi oven stopped working after like six months and they had me destroy the unit by cutting the cord on. FaceTime said I didn’t have to mail it back and now they’re saying I have to. 🤷‍♀️

@NinjaKitchen So I just got the ninja creami 11-1 and I want to love it but the tops of the two containers are way to loose and could spill over it’s already happened and it was a mess) are these container tops really supposed to be this loose? QVC says no and to contact you first.

@NinjaKitchen I bought the Ninja Thirsti for my family for Christmas and we love it! The only problem is after about a week of use the water reservoir leaks every time you take it off the unit. The spring in the bottom of the reservoir does not push the plug down to seal the bottom.

@NinjaKitchen Can't even find model info anywhere in fryer. Pan and basket need replacing already even after cleaning after each use. No clue what parts needed when can't find model sticker. Cheaper to get new product but trying another brand now.
