Anaphalis triplinervis ‘Sommerschnee’ one of my new favourite plants lovely silvery foliage on a small clump forming mound. Papery white everlasting type flowers in petite clusters all over it. Flowers July to August easy to propagate by either division or cuttings.

This has happened a few times this week assuming they are checking out potential nesting sites for next year? 2 have started making a nest under the purling there now lovely to see so many!

Quite extraordinary (as good as #TheAssembly and @michaelsheen are) that instead of a popular actor, last year the President of France took part in the very same format and did so with genuine class. Almost impossible to imagine Sunak looking as comfortable as Macron does here…
I think #TheAssembly on @BBCOne might be the best innovation in interviewing since Desert Island Discs. A group of 35 neurodivergent or learning disabled people get to ask a celebrity anything they want. Michael Sheen is a brave man.
