@OxfordEndoCaRe @Ox_wrh @uk_biobank Conducted female-specific GWAS in @UK_Biobank on IBD, osteoarthritis(OA), ankylosing spondylitis, psoriasis, coeliac disease, multiple sclerosis(MS), rheumatoid arthritis(RA), and lupus. We found significant genetic correlations between endometriosis and OA, RA &MS (5/9).

@OxfordEndoCaRe @Ox_wrh We conducted analysis in 8,000+ women with #endometriosis and 64,000+ immune disease cases from @UK_Biobank, revealing that endometriosis cases have 30–80% increased risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, coeliac disease, osteoarthritis, and psoriasis (4/9).
