One big learning from this week is shared language is incredibly important. Getting the team on the same page with the language we use has helped align both the vision and the strategy.

I often describe the nondeterminism of the LLMs as a weighted dice roll to clients, I love this technical breakdown of why that is the case

Most companies are locked out of truly transformative AI agents -- but that changes with AgentPress: the all in one agent stack that lets you build production grade AI agents in minutes.

After working on this all weekend the answer I have so far is just more examples & explicit instructions as well as ensuring the schema is defined perfectly.

For those who have replaced sonnet 4 with gpt5, any tips on making it as (or more) accurate? We have strong evals, the models just behave so differently

We're learning gpt5 struggles with vague rulesets that work well with Sonnet 4. It's a much more literal model but worth guiding if you can figure out how to

I've found a new AI tool that has replaced Claude Code for me. It's called Friday. I was gladly paying $200 a month for Anthropic's Max plan and now I only pay $80 for Friday and have no usage limits. *I have no affiliation with them Link 👇

Friday has one of the fastest @ search functions out of any agentic tool. I know because I wrote the code for it 🥶 Here's an example with vscode's repo.

Our coding agent Friday is $80/month unlimited use. We've designed for ourselves and needed it to be cost effective and implement the most precise production ready code changes in your codebase. Good time to try us with Cursor pricing changes.

We'd love to use gpt bc of the cost/speed but can't sacrifice the accuracy

Anyone have structured json extraction evals that perform higher on gpt-5 than sonnet 4? gpt-5 is faster/cheaper but sonnet is still more accurate by a significant amount
