Don’t pass your crappy product on to customers until it is ready & tested. I now have to drive all over looking for a substitute.

Why do you think this is ok @AmazonUK @AmazonHelp ? Why the hell wasn’t a new process involving a 3rd party provider adequately tested before inflicting it on customers? I understand the need for age verification & have no issue with it IF IT WORKS but I was told lots of issues.

So @AmazonUK @AmazonHelp have introduced a new age-checking system with @Experian_UK which DOES NOT WORK and left me unable to buy my item. Nobody can say what format my name needs to be in. Spoke to an agent who was very understanding and empathetic but NO RESOLUTION WHATSOEVER
