Yesterday I was awarded the “Voices of Her” award by the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development . I was honoured the highest award for my service to the nation and my achievements in Squash. I will always be humbled and thankful for all Malaysia has given me. 🫶🏼

This week the Tournament of Champions is happening in New York City. I won this tournament in 2014 for the first time and it was amazing to play inside Grand Central Station 🗽. @ToCSquash

My thoughts on negative self-talk 💭. Throughout my career I trained my mind to changed negative talk to positive talk. As soon as negative thoughts of doubt, fear and shame come to ourselves we have the power to turn them around, but it’s a daily practice.

Bogotá for my year end break.to take some time off to decompress and recharge for next year. This year has been an amazing one but also a hectic one and I didn’t realise I needed so much rest until I decided to. I’m happily sleeping in and strengthening my body for the new year.
