My thoughts on negative self-talk 💭 Throughout my career I trained my mind to changed negative talk to positive talk. As soon as negative thoughts of doubt, fear and shame come to ourselves we have the power to turn them around, but it’s a daily practice.

Bogotá for my year end break to take some time off to decompress and recharge for next year. This year has been an amazing one but also a hectic one and I didn’t realise I needed so much rest until I decided to. I’m happily sleeping in and strengthening my body for the new year.
