Smoked trout and new potatoes are a match made in heaven. Mix 1 tbsp of our clotted cream with 1 tbsp horseradish sauce for a creamy dressing with a bit of pep to take this simple spring dish to the next level.

Using most parts of the ex dairy cow, from the marrow to the primes. always used & championed Galician breeds or natives from Asturias…but there’s now world class old cow beef in Wales. I don’t say that lightly, it’s been an obsession. Sirloin from Asador & cheek from bar 44 ⬇️
