what’s the hardest part of building in public that nobody talks about?.

some days it feels like nothing’s moving. then you look back 6 months and.realize everything’s different.

interviews are messed up. as a candidate, you don’t know what you did wrong, no feedback, just silence. as an interviewer, you forget details, confuse candidates, rely on rough notes. nobody’s doing it on purpose. but bad decisions get made anyway. building something soon to.

“don’t build in public if you have nothing to show”. - someone once said. but that’s the point. you show the nothing turning into something. you don’t need users, traction, or screenshots. you need a reason to keep going.and a few people watching who say: keep building.

most “building in public” is just posting figma screenshots with 0 users.
