Homes for Sale from builders are currently at 2008-09 levels. Probably a decent reason to cut rates. However, let's all remember. The Fed already did rate cuts last year. 4 rate cuts. And the housing market got worse after the rate cuts. So let's not get our hopes up.

What he says in the message below may be semi-accurate, but retail investors and this commentator, much like the executives at $OPEN, didn't understand what an interest rate environment would do to RE. They also totally underestimate (or are unaware) of a declining sales.
The people calling $OPEN a meme stock don't understand what is happening. Retail investors are now a hive mind working together to identify opportunities, take financial positions, and advocate for improvements at target companies. Think of it as a decentralized hedge fund.
