This is a great deal for Jacksonville families and taxpayers. Cityβs incentive is simply a rebate off Ottoβs future taxes. Airportβs contribution comes from overpriced lattes, parking, and rental cars. Not taxes. In return, Jax gets 1,200+ jobs.
