One of my go-to workouts is Tabata training. It’s quick, intense, and I can do it anywhere. I do 6 different exercises - 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Training has always helped clear my head. It’s probably the most effective thing I’ve found for my mental wellbeing
