“CAN YOU UNDERSTAND ENGLISH?” This @JustEatUK delivery rider could hardly speak a word to this police officer as he tried to explain why his electric bike was being seized. If you can’t speak our language you should not be in our country. Another one off duty, for now.

Excellent from my own experiences Derby police would tell you to jog on and mind your own business
West Ealing (Archive Footage) Parking on white zig zag lines is a POLICE OFFENCE. So why did this police officer, drive straight past this vehicle? Not to worry though. This civic minded citizen flagged the officer down.
