TBH if you saw these on HGTV being built by a barista whose wife teaches goat yoga, you'd think they were fantastic. This is a solid effort by a production builder to develop a fringe product at scale to address the affordability crisis that no one else is doing anything about.

Smaller homes fit a need many in the market don’t know we have.

Curious, what might be the expected resale value after mortgage is paid? I’d imagine $/SQF will be on the low and, if so, can this really be called a step up? Maybe, maybe not. 🤷🏻♂️

A single home format for a feeling this toby makes no sense at all. A quad Plex or apartment building makes more sense. Minimum detached home should be about 1200 sqft.
