I wish there lots in CA were larger so we could do built for rent ADUs/Infill on them but most of their homes are on tighter lots. Still a few hundred good ones out there.

Best way to do this is as new build construction so you can trace the full origin of the house. Even better if done with modular construction because then you could track the supply chain prior to the assets full assembly and bring all of it on chain.
