As repairs continue to the water main break in Waterbury, the Muriel H. Moore Child Development Center will remain CLOSED on Tuesday December 16, 2025. All other buildings and locations of New Opportunities Inc will be OPEN beginning Tuesday 12/16/25 at 8am.
