Our goal is to do so in roughly 4 years as well. Yet moving to 6-digit CO2 removal in such a short timeframe implies exponential growth, and thus profound evolution on the way we deploy our model - from technology to financing, from HR to ESG, from feedstocks to certification.

Our next challenge is Megatonne scale - a period of deep and exciting transformations for NetZero to reach 1 million tonnes of CO2 removal capacity per year and large-scale impact for sustainable agriculture.

We also proved that our biochar transforms agriculture - through dozens of field studies conducted with leading universities, research centres and companies, we demonstrated major impact on yields (from 20 to 50+%) and on resilience.

NetZero just turned 4 years old!. Since 2021, from Cameroon to Brazil, we have built, operated, and certified 3 industrial-scale biochar facilities. This is the fastest ever done in the biochar industry.
