Catheter/Urology. In recent years I’ve tried my best not to say this as it doesn’t make a good point other than showing you’re frustrated. Doesn’t get me anywhere, doesn’t get the patient anywhere, and doesn’t make the referrer feel great about themselves.

Today is the day I finally take up my NTN. Whilst I would have preferred to go from CT2 straight to ST3, these last 2 1/2 years have been invaluable. Time between training grades isn’t always a bad thing!

I’ve only ever nominated two individuals for staff awards - one was a coffee barista, the other is this cat. Neither were eligible as not formally employed by the hospital. Both did their job efficiently, came in and left on time and boosted morale in each hospital.
