Emergency primary URS used to feel like an impossibility nearly everywhere I worked, but the culture is changing here due to the hard work from the Endo team. This week, all obstructing non-infected ureteric stones (opting for URS) have had it within 24hrs of presentation.

Frequently brought up (including at #BAUS25) that exposure to ureteric injuries in training is limited; great that @CADSIMLeeds are able to host funded simulation training days for senior Yorkshire trainees on operative management of ureteric injuries & andrology emergencies.
