What a joy to surprise the Eddy’s (who could not make the trip this year) with a FaceTime call from the child they sponsor! What a blessing to listen in on their catching up after over two years apart. …& some of the other kids wanted to know how she got Santa Claus’s phone #!

James and the Giant Peach was the first book I remember a teacher reading out loud. I lived for each day’s reading. For the last 34 years, I’ve supported my family as a writer. Thanks to James, his peach, Mr. Dahl and that teacher whose reading turned me on to the power of words.

Ive Never experienced FEAR like this. As surgery neared, more people prayed, fear dissipated and I felt God's peace. They have drained more than a liter of fluid from around my heart. this had nothing to do with ALS, just a crazy thing that happens. God isnt finished with me yet!
