In my opinion AGI will not kill money. It drives the marginal cost of cognition toward near zero, so scarcity shifts to compute, energy, chips, land, and time. Money coordinates those bottlenecks

5 Pro thinks from first principles and plays out 2nd and 3rd order consequences to excruciating detail. Often includes factors and data that are non obvious and sometimes even overlooked edge cases. Truly profound.
gpt-5 pro utterly crushes this question in a way no non-reasoning LM ever would. There are books on this subject and I’m not totally sure they beat 5 pro’s answer in terms of clarity and density of signal
