INSPIRE Fellows haven’t received fellowship for nearly a year. @IndiaDST keeps saying “by this month end” then nothing. This is irresponsible and feels like outright harassment. Is this a joke? How are we supposed to survive and do research? @PMOIndia @karandi65 @DrJitendraSingh
