The tactical crop top just arrived. I couldn't help myself. Still trying to figure out a fit 🤷🏻‍♀️ I will say though; I'm not sure where they got the nerve to call something this strappy and slutty for 'men'.

@Thewealthywrist @jjreeves @rdclarkinzion yea i myself carry desperado style times infinity. each gun 3x the probability of another, one leads to three leads to nine. i am a walking armory, i even resort to shoving a colt 1908 up my asshole. lil annoying to get the condom off it in a self-defense scenario but hey

Finally got around to getting a suppressor now that the tax stamp is $0. One beefy Sandman S! It's not the newest, quietest nor the lightest... but if set up correctly, I should be able to hammer this thing without concern for a long time.

Getting acclimated to handling and shooting my rifle under night vision 🌙👀 Really something different seeing and shooting without need for a visible light source! Also check out the NIR signature of my M84 rain set compared to my helmet cover and acquaintance passing by!

Suppressor acquisition initiative begins! Lucked out and found a Sandman S locally for $150 under MSRP 🤷🏻‍♀️ Who knows when I'll actually get to take it home, but I figured now's a good time to get in the queue.

Folks, there's this wonderful thing called ✨ co-witness ✨ You don't necessarily need it, but it helps with redundancy. IMO it can also encourage better target focus for those of us prone to being distracted by shiny red dots 🔴

Plonkin' big heavy on the noggin. The only benefit of it being pitch black at 5pm is more opportunities to be a silly goblin in the dark.

Me 9 months ago: "Dang, really a shame Glock hasn't made a gen 5 version of the 19C by now... Guess I'll settle for a gen 3... 🤷🏻‍♀️" Glock last month: "Hey shitass, it took us 8 years but guess what-"

The final piece for my needs, an M84 goretex rain jacket. Perfect for staying dry in the rainy green 🌧️🌲 Now that I’ve got a field set, a G3 combat set for flexing/larping and a rain gear set for in the wet… I will no longer be propping up Denmark’s economy 🇩🇰

I was a little worried about how the M84 + Ranger Green kit mix-and-match was gonna look, but honestly it isn’t bad at all! Light and heavy setups.

Is it worth $180 USD and a 3 month wait? I’d say so. They’re on par with G3s and over $100 cheaper. If you have the patience and want a near-perfect clone of G3s in literally almost any pattern, these are well worth it in my opinion.

Speaking of the flex material, it’s one of the few weaknesses these have. It’s not really stretchy at all. It’s less of an issue due to the roomier fit, but still something to be aware of. Durability remains to be seen, but we’ll find out as I continue to use them!

NIR: Something I didn’t touch on with the Krydex was the NIR reflectance, even though kind of only matters to the night vision dorks. The base of the Kurmaz pants reflects next to no IR light, however the flex material 😬 Just expect to get shot in the kneecaps and dick…

Fit and Finish: Stitching quality is impeccable. I had a hard time finding any loose strands and there is zero fabric bunching. The velcro panels are very sticky and well sewn. The fit is a little looser and longer than Crye G3s despite being the same 30L size, which is nice.

TL;DR There are some slight differences but generally I consider them nearly equivalent quality. Material Composition: The base material matches the 50:50 nylon-cotton ripstop mix used in Crye’s G3s. Kurmaz also uses YYK zippers, albeit a different model.

G3 combat pants clone comparison ROUND 2 KurmazGear custom made G3s in the best-tarn, Danish M84 versus issued Crye Precision G3s in multicam. Priced at $180 USD and ~3 months of waiting, how do they stack up against the original? 🧵

Got to test my P90 on some ceramic plates of… let’s say ‘dubious’ quality. Shown is a hit from a SS198 “green tip” 5.7x28mm 27gr JHP @ 2530 FPS from ~20 yards. Plate caught it easily. Mild bulging in the kevlar layer backing. 5.7x28mm retains its meme-caliber status.
