I was pleased to have Rep. Cedric Frazier attend my fundraiser. As the Vice Chair of the House Judiciary Committee, he is a champion for justice, and is running for Hennepin County Attorney.

On Saturday, February 1, I attended the memorial service for my good friend and Plymouth City Council colleague, Jim Davis, at the renovated and expanded Plymouth Community Center, a project he fought so hard for. He was a true public servant. Rest easy, my friend.

I just finished touring the Hennepin County Recycling Recovery Center. It’s an amazing facility that recovers a great amount of recyclables and keeps them out of the landfills. Thank you to the Hennepin County staff for the wonderful work you do.

I am saddened by the loss of my friend and former colleague, Jim Davis. His support was critical for the expansion of the Plymouth Community Center and reconstruction of Chankahda Trail. Plymouth has benefited greatly from Jim’s dedication to our community. We will miss him.
