Your treatment of passengers was shameful today @STN_Airport My elderly customers had to walk what? ¼ mile?, to the Green Short Stay in the heat to meet me! The husband is 81, struggled to walk & I was worried for his wellbeing. You obviously weren't. But you still charged £7!!
