Culver’s is a decent burger, but I think it’s mostly because of their standard condiments are a bit different. That said, the crispy chicken sandwich is a disaster. I honestly cannot figure out why fast food can’t figure this out. It’s perplexing.

#restaurant Hot Tip- Reconsider the term “side work” in your restaurant. It diminishes the importance of those tasks. That term often includes some of the most detailed tasks we do in hospitality. It should be treated as such.
