I've got an interesting problem. The accountability system in habit huddle works so well that some people decide to leave their huddle because they feel so bad if they miss a checkin and ruin the groups streak.

still thinking about this. the scientific community should have some minimum standard on what can be considered a study. i think sample size might be the most important variable but there are plenty of others. anything that doesn't meet the requirements can be called.

did a 4-7-8 breathing exercise i found on youtube to try and refocus. worked really well, ended up also napping for like 15 min.

no clue what @cursor_ai did to their pricing model but I somehow burned through my subscription in 3 days when normally i make it like 20-25 days. After I opted out it shows I used . 8 requests. something is broken but whatever hope it continues to work
