Many adults with FASD say that headphones can help them, and while we know this flips traditional parenting on its head, your loved one with FASD might benefit from earphones or access to a screen, even at the dinner table. It can help them self-regulate.

Less is more. 🙅♂️🎄 Your loved one with FASD is likely already receiving a lot of extra sensory input outside of the home at this time of year, so consider doing less at home, decorating less, and expecting less.
