Federal courts blocked the administration's push to fast-track deportations of migrants who legally entered the U.S. through CBP One, CHNV, and similar programs. Judges ruled migrants who "played by the rules" deserve due process. The rule of law matters.

Bond hearings allow judges to review individual cases, but individuals must know to request one, as they aren’t proactively offered. Two young Dreamers were recently released after judges found they weren't flight risks or safety threats. This is how fair process should work.
