Spent all night in A+E with my son with strange symptoms,Not movement all down one side of his face ,in serious pain . Finally got diagnosed today with Ramsey Hunt Syndrome..gutted for him been training so hard to do Manchester half marathon Sunday & now he's fucked up. ๐๐๐
