2 of 4. This year’s cycles begin on Oct. 20, Nov. 3 and Nov. 17. The program will conclude on Nov. 26, pending weather and other unforeseen circumstances. To participate, place leaves in the street next to the curb by 6 a.m. on the first day of each collection cycle.
