Just got an email the van had to get cancelled because they won’t have one for pick up. NOOOOOOOO.
Rented a whole ass mini van for the weekend so I can drive people around as much as I can. Is this what being a TO for a big event feels like.

I know it’s a small thing but as someone who always loved keeping badges from events I attended. Having our very own for a B tier in our little city truly makes me happy. Seriously can’t wait for this Saturday

seeding for this event was a genuine nightmare because 47 of the players in top 48 are traveling to Reno, there's literally no such thing as fully avoiding conflicts until top cut of bracket lmfao. on the bright side there's gonna be a lot of insanely hot sets so I'm excited.

Make sure you are at your pool no later than 10.Minutes after the scheduled time.Check the startgg page for the projected start times, this can obviously change if bracket is taking longer but it’s an estimated time, you will be DQD if your match is called and you are more than.

We should have speakers for every tournament set up but if you want guaranteed game Audio bring headphones and a splitter just incase. Also bring headphones overall if you don’t want to deal with crowds, it’s an event where many loud regions are attending so this will happen no.

Pools will be best of 3 until top 32 qualifiers, then it will be best of 5 for all top 32 qualifiers and the remainder of the tournament also being best of 5. I will be announcing this at the event too but this is just as a heads up.

It won’t be incredibly hot this Saturday but the high is 88.The venue has AC but please dress according to the weather, keep it mind it could get warm inside the building with so many people attending. Shorts and short sleeves would be my recommendation.

I will also be buying a ton of water for everyone to help themselves to, along with some sodas and redbulls that are first come first serve. So feel free to have some of those if you are able to. Bring drinks for yourself as well if you’d like but absolutely no alcohol is.

Unfortunately we cannot have a food truck at the event anymore because of problems with a permit. But. I will be buying a bunch of Costco pizzas for everyone to help themselves to if they’d like, they would be brought around mid day. You are welcome to leave and bring your own.

For parking. Please refer to this photo.The white highlight is the closest parking to the building and has a lot of parking space. Please make sure to lock your cars and take out any belongings in order to avoid anything happening.
