The North West Youth Movement Forum calls on all Nigerians, especially young people, to rally behind Dr. Matawalle as he continues to safeguard our future and strengthen our nation.

The Forum concluded: “Dr. Matawalle is building industries, partnerships & structures that ensure long-term peace and self-reliance. We, the youth, stand firmly with him.”

He also deployed 80+ CNG-powered military vehicles an initiative reflecting both economic wisdom and environmental consciousness.

Matawalle has also restructured DICON into a public-private enterprise, boosting local production of small equipment, protective gear & drone components reducing reliance on imports.

A landmark MoU facilitated by the Minister between DICON & a leading Chinese defence manufacturer will deliver: 🔹 Technology transfer 🔹 Local production in Kaduna & Kachia 🔹 Training for Nigerian personnel

Secretary Muhammad Ibrahim Malumfashi described Matawalle as “a visionary leader restoring confidence in Nigeria’s armed forces, improving stability, and giving hope to millions of youths.”

The Forum applauded his recent reforms, strategic engagements, and patriotic service that are reshaping the defence sector and strengthening national stability.
