The national poet of Pakistan, the visionary who envisioned the state of Pakistan, was showering praise on the Amir of Afghanistan shortly after the Hijrat Movement. Doesn't that tell you something?. Are you going to slander Iqbal sahib as well in your hatred for the Afghans?.

In 1923, just 2 years after the Hijrat Movement, Dr. Allama M. Iqbal Lahori (RA) published his famed work The-Message-From-East (Payam-e-Mashriq). In this book, Allama sahib wrote 9-pages long dedicatory poetry praising Amir Amanullah Khan, the king/Amir of Afghanistan.

Afghanistan further improved upon the Emigrants/Refugees law in the early 1920s but it source was still the Nizamnama-e-Muhajirin-e-Hindi (Law for the Indian emigres). Attaching it here for those who are interested in learning about history of our region.
Here is another credible source, the official law enacted in AFG for emigrants, in 1920s. It was based on the initial law specially enacted for the Hindustani emigrants under the Hijrat Movement.
