Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) loans have become increasingly popular. In fact, U.S. consumers spent $18.2 billion with BNPL services last holiday season. Unlike traditional financial services payment options, BNPL products have lacked any regulatory oversight in New York. Until now.
