As of 11am this morning, northern OH and northwest PA picked up around 3-4 inches of new snow. Areas south of Mansfield saw higher accumulations closer to 6". Lake enhanced snow showers will continue this afternoon with some areas picking up another half inch or so.

Widespread system snow has ended across most of the area with road conditions significantly improved. Lake effect snow showers will push south into the Cleveland Metro this afternoon, with localized accumulations and brief visibility/roadway impacts possible. #OHwx #PAwx

[9 PM] A band of heavy lake effect snow will continue to push south into Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania this evening. Snow covered roads, slick conditions, and reduced visibilities are expected with this band of heavy snow. #ohwx #pawx

Low pressure will track south of the region Monday night into Tuesday morning bringing the next chance for widespread snow accumulation. Highest accumulations expected in the eastern half of the area with the potential for lingering lake effect snow showers in NE OH and NW PA.

Lake effect snow showers return to the snowbelt tonight. Snow will generally be light but a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for inland Erie County Pennsylvania where 3 to 5 inches of snow are possible tonight.

Southwest wind gusts of 35 to 45 mph are expected today as a cold front crosses the area. Loose items and outdoor decorations may blow around.

Strong west/southwest winds of 30 to 40 knots with gusts up to 50 knots are expected on Lake Erie Sunday through Sunday evening with the strongest winds expected east of the Islands. Gale Watches are in effect for the majority of the American waters of the lake.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Lucas County, OH with a Winter Weather Advisory in effect for the remaining local Northwest Ohio counties. These headlines are in effect from 3 PM this afternoon until 10 AM Sunday morning.

Snow will enter from the southwest late this afternoon into this evening with the heaviest snow expected in Northwest Ohio this evening. Snowfall totals of 3 to 5 inches are likely with locally higher amounts anticipated in the Toledo area. Snowfall totals will be lower east.
