The National Water Commission is making every effort to resolve the problem and restore water to the affected areas by Monday, November 24, 2025. The NWC regrets any inconvenience caused and craves the patience and understanding of its valued customers.

#NWCNewstream | Water supply to customers in Martin Hill, Downs, sections of Prospect and Montpelier in Manchester, has been impacted due to a mechanical problem at Downs # 1 facility.

Our teams continue to work diligently to restore full water supply to all affected customers as quickly and safely as possible.

The National Water Commission conducted repair works at the Drapers facility in Portland and addressed damage to the primary pipeline in the Liberty/ Priory area resulting from the passage of Hurricane Melissa.

The National Water Commission apologizes for any inconvenience caused and appreciates the patience and understanding of its valued customers.

The following areas will also be affected: West Kings House Road, Surbiton Road, Washington Drive, Ruthven Road, Holborn Road, Winchester and Ruthven Road Customers are asked to store water for use during the disruption period.
