4. The aim of FLINTS is to help farmers recognise these skills, and provide a shared terminology to help skills be discussed, observed, and enhanced. Building this knowledge is free, & might just save a life, so the real question is, why wouldn't farmers be interested in NTS?.

3. Many farmers will already be using these skills, and likely think they are important (e.g. assessing risk, monitoring their environment, sharing information), but they might not be calling them 'non-technical skills'.
